This Privacy Policy explains how Muvlo Muvlo handles information for users aged 18 and above.
Muvlo Muvlo only collects and stores the user ID, coin balance, and subscription information needed to operate purchases, access status, and paid features. Other content used inside the app is stored locally on the user's device for in-app use.
Information We Collect
We collect a user ID so the app can identify the local app profile. We collect coin balance information so coin purchases, spending, and remaining balance can be shown correctly. We collect subscription information so membership status, plan type, and expiration status can be displayed and applied inside the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
Muvlo Muvlo does not collect names, phone contacts, address books, precise location, photos, calendar data, health records, payment card numbers, account passwords, or workplace documents. Notes, drafts, weekly report inputs, generated previews, unlock records, and similar app-use content are stored on the device for local use unless the user chooses to use an online AI feature.
AI Feature Processing
When a user chooses to generate an AI reply or weekly report, the text or images the user submits for that request may be processed by the AI service provider only for generating the requested result. Users should avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, or personal information that is not needed for the request.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Coins and subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase systems. Apple may process transaction and payment information according to Apple's own policies. Muvlo Muvlo uses purchase status only to update coins, membership access, and subscription benefits inside the app.
Local Storage
Most app data is stored on the user's device. Clearing app data or removing the app may remove locally stored records, preferences, unlock status, cached reports, and related local information.
Age Requirement
Muvlo Muvlo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The app is not directed to children.
